We are Hiring - Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence,
Key Responsibilities include
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new markets, growth areas, customers, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
Forecast sales targets and track key account metrics.
Lead Generation & Sales:
Generate and qualify new leads through networking, cold outreach, and other channels.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closing new business deals and contracts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create campaigns and materials that align with business development goals.
Relationship Management:
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external parties, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
Proposal & Reporting:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and customized business proposals.
- Report on the status of business initiatives, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements, often in collaboration with legal or finance teams.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred for senior roles).
*5+ years of senior sales or business development experience with mandatory track record
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex project time lines simultaneously
Benefits:

RM2,800 - RM4,000
