Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to inbound calls regarding banking products, services, and general inquiries.
  • Support customers with account details, transactions, card matters, digital banking, and other related services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or escalate when required.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Meet service quality benchmarks and call handling KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma; Degree is an advantage.
  • Prior customer service or call centre experience (banking preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle fast-paced environments and multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
