What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with car and motorcycle insurance renewals
  • Provide clear explanations of product features, pricing, and promotions
  • Persuade and guide customers through the renewal or new purchase process
  • Prepare and send insurance quotations promptly via email
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally through calls and emails

Who We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate and comfortable using online platforms
  • Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
