Administrative Clerk
Overview:
We are a vibrant and fast-growing company involved in property development, construction, and fitness clubs. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized and dedicated Administrative Clerk to support daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily office operations
• Perform general administrative duties (data entry, filing, documentation, etc.)
• Handle emails & office correspondence
• Maintain and update records and databases
• Help monitor matters related to company vehicles and machineries (maintenance, repair, renewal of road tax, etc.)
• Assist in managing insurance documents related to company vehicles, machineries and assets
• Other tasks assigned by superiors
Qualifications:
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma in Administration or related field
• Preferably with some experience in administrative related work
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
