Customer Service Executive

for our language centre in
Desa ParkCity

, KL. As a Customer Service Executive, you are the first point of contact for our students and parents; you coordinate front-desk activities, respond to customers promptly and professionally, and work closely with our dynamic teaching and operations teams. You are comfortable talking to people from a range of backgrounds, can use a computer confidently, and know how to multi-task whilst prioritising key activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist customers in-centre, over the phone, and through WhatsApp.

  • Advise potential customers about our range of courses and process new registrations.

  • Coordinate placement test appointments and parent-teacher meetings.

  • Maintain accurate and organised administrative records digitally and physically.

  • Greet children and usher them into/out of classes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good command of spoken and written English.

Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial

  • Competent IT and administrative skills (Office/Google).

  • Comfortable working around children and in an English-speaking environment.

  • Able to work weekends, plus one day Wed-Fri.

  • Quick learner, able to take initiative, and not afraid to ask questions when unsure.

  • Sales experience and knowledge of the education sector are helpful, but training is provided.

DETAILS:

  • Start: Jan 2026 onward

  • 3-day work week (24 hours)

  • Salary RM1,500-1,700 depending on experience and qualifications.

  • 15 days annual leave.

  • Outpatient medical allowance.

  • Free English classes for you and/or your children (subject to availability).
