Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform SMT / Manual assembly of electronic parts, PCB boards, and sub-assemblies according to work instructions.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and ESD control guidelines.
  • Carry out visual inspection of PCBs and products to check for defects such as missing parts, wrong polarity, or poor solder joints.
  • Perform testing follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Work Instructions (WI)
  • Perform solder touch-up or rework using a soldering iron to repair joints or replace components when needed.
  • Handle components carefully to avoid damage and maintain quality.
  • Record daily production output, inspection results, and report any issues to the Line Leader or Supervisor.
  • Keep workstation clean and organized (follow 5S principles).
  • Follow all safety rules and wear PPE as required (e.g., ESD strap, safety shoes).
