Job Description

  • Source and compare supplier quotations (minimum of two for each item).
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and verify supplier invoices.
  • Compile and analyze survey reports.
  • Conduct quality checks on poster specifications.
  • Review and verify color proofs for POSM materials.
  • Lead production checks for special/customized projects.
  • Compile and study POSM materials for each campaign cycle.
  • Update and maintain production timelines and FOS stock levels.
  • Conduct on-site surveys and perform maintenance when required.
  • Provide support for online music operations.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient at an intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • A team player with integrity, self-motivation, and result-oriented mindset; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resourceful and hands-on; able to handle ad-hoc tasks and act as a handyman when required.
