Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Formulation Management

  • Lead daily chemical and detergent manufacturing operations.
  • Oversee raw material formulation, mixing, and quality control to ensure consistent product standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D and procurement teams to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, industrial clients, and key partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the chemical and FMCG sectors.

3. Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Plan and implement digital marketing and social media campaigns to promote company products.
  • Analyze market trends to align marketing strategies with industry demands.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.

4. Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Lead and mentor production and sales teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in detergent or chemical manufacturing, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in chemical formulation and raw material management.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy, preferably within the chemical or FMCG industries.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
