C HR Officer

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor staff attendance
Verify commission and expense claims
Handle orientation, new joiners, and recruitment
Salary and overtime calculation, and all HR-related tasks
Prepare monthly HR reports
Assist the Head of Department in completing any ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR, Administration, or Finance
At least 2 years of HR experience
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients)
Computer literate (Excel, Word, etc.)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Hardworking with a good attitude
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
