Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales division. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth across dual channels: Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C).
You will be directly responsible for promoting our Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products, as well as selling our Catering and Event services. This is a fast-paced role suited for a resilient leader who thrives under tight schedules and is motivated by aggressive KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Dual Channel Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate both B2B markets (corporate clients, retail partners) and B2C markets (direct consumers, online sales).
- Product Focus: Aggressively drive sales for the RTE product line, ensuring market penetration and volume targets are met.
- Services Sales: Actively sell catering and event packages, managing the pipeline from inquiry to closing deals for corporate functions, weddings, and private parties.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging market shifts and competition status to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. People Management & Leadership
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Performance Tracking: Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews, setting individual targets and holding the team accountable.
- Motivation: Cultivate a high-energy sales culture focused on winning and exceeding targets.
3. Operational Agility
- Schedule Management: Successfully manage multiple projects and sales campaigns simultaneously under very tight deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Kitchen/Production and Logistics teams to ensure RTE stock availability and seamless execution of catering events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Total Revenue: Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets for both RTE products and Catering services.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into closed deals (B2B contracts and Event bookings).
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Efficiency in acquiring new B2B and B2C customers.
- Client Retention: Repeat business rate for catering clients and RTE distributors.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in Sales, preferably within the F&B, FMCG, or Hospitality industry.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas in a KPI-driven environment.
- Product Knowledge: Experience selling RTE products or Event/Catering services is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and scale a sales team.
- Resilience: Ability to work under pressure, manage tight schedules, and adapt to changing business needs rapidly.
- Communication: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Competitive monthly salary based on experience.
- Commission Structure: Uncapped commission based on individual and team performance against KPIs.
- Allowances: Travel.

Pay: RM3, RM10,366.30 per month
