About the role

Ambienz Holidays Sdn. Bhd., a leading travel agency in Negeri Sembilan, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Travel and Tour Executive to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and planning unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Liaising with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences
  2. Researching and analysing travel options, including flights, accommodation, and activities
  3. Preparing detailed travel itineraries and making all necessary bookings and reservations
  4. Providing clients with comprehensive information about their travel plans, including travel documents, visas, and destination guides
  5. Handling client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the travel booking process
  6. Promoting the company's travel packages and services to new and existing clients
  7. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales and customer feedback

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably as a travel consultant or agent
  2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for clients
  3. Strong research and problem-solving skills to find the best travel solutions for clients
  4. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
  5. Familiarity with travel destinations, attractions, and transportation options
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
