180 Recruitment Consultant (Specialized Focus – Client OR Candidate Side)

  • Client-Focused 180: Build and manage relationships with client companies, understand their hiring needs, and collaborate with internal team to deliver suitable candidates.
  • Candidate-Focused 180: Source, assess, and guide job seekers, matching them to the right roles while supporting them throughout the hiring process.

360 Recruitment Consultant (End-to-End Recruitment)

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment – from developing new client business to sourcing, matching, and placing candidates.
  • Build long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
  • Take full ownership of job orders and drive results across sales and recruitment.

Who Should Apply?

  • Diploma or Degree holders in any field (Psychology, HR, Business, Hospitality are a plus)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – full training provided
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in recruitment
  • Proficient in English and Malay (Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage)
