About the role

Stellar Medical Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role is essential in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage procurement and inventory processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and monitor performance
  • Oversee the warehousing and distribution of finished goods to customers
  • Analyse operational data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Provide regular reports on key performance metrics to management
  • Assist in e-invoicing and billing for customers
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable monitoring from customers
  • And all other ad hoc jobs that may be required from management from time to time

What we're looking for

  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar operations or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management, procurement, and data analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
