JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To assist in preparing sales quotation for the company's represented products.
  2. Experiencing in the Nutrition and Procurement background will be an added advantage. To support and liaise with principal to get technical and cost assistance for the preparing proposal.
  3. To meet tenders and quotation deadlines and making sure that all requirement and documentations are in order.
  4. Planning and forecasting weekly, monthly, yearly individual and department task.
  5. To assist in managing documentations and making sure filings are up to date and in-order.
  6. To assist officer and executive in sourcing for competitive quotations and prepare costs comparison of material pricing.
  7. To follow up on negotiated terms and prices with suppliers and recommend of purchases.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Biotech preferred.
  2. Available to start work immediately.
  3. Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (off days on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month).
