Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, screening and shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
  • Prepare documents and coordinate activities for staff onboarding and offboarding.
  • Collect attendance data and other relevant information and assist with monthly payroll processing.
  • Help the HR team maintain accurate employee records and support statutory reporting to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Assist in travel bookings and meals arrangement.
  • Prepare simple meeting agendas and take minutes.
  • Monitor company vehicle maintenance, insurance and road-tax renewals.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Malaysian candidate with at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related studies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia Employment law, HRIS and other HR systems will be added advantage.
  • Discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and the local language to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
