Administrative Executive

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented administrative professional looking to take the next step in your career? Join our growing team and play a key role in managing and streamlining our administrative operations across multiple countries
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flights, visa applications, company's car usage and related coordination.
- Handle procurement for office needs (stationery, pantry supplies, equipment, and facilities).
- Oversee payment processing and staff expense claim submissions.
- Coordinate company property management and ensure timely maintenance or updates.
- Manage the company's fixed asset tracking and coordination.
- Oversee general administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
- Provide administrative support for operations across Malaysia and other courtiers.
- Any other ad-hoc administration related matters assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Administration
or related fields. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise across departments and regions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin
is
required
to deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. - Fluent in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
- Willing to travel Overseas for Business Purposes when required.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
