Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager/Assistant Marketing Manager located in Petaling Jaya.
- Develop marketing strategies and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand of Hospital and drive sales.
- Facilitate Corporate, insurance and GP programmes.
- Responsible for managing and meeting marketing expense budgets.
- Responsible for achieving the set target for the department, support other colleagues in other aspects of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain excellent networking with Corporate & Insurance companies; Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Multi-National Companies (MNCs) and Governmental organisations and General Practitioners (GPs) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Developing and executing marketing initiatives to increase hospital services utilization by these parties.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Hospital and Nursing College.
- Drive sales from multiple channels including face-to-face road shows, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Forum, and etc.).
- Work closely with the Heads of Departments to support the management's direction, marketing strategy and implementation.
- Responsible for the compliance of Central Policy (Department related), Department Policy & Procedures.
- Requires regular travel for client engagements.
Qualifications
- Degree or Master in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in Healthcare Industry will be an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess excellence leadership skills and the ability to inspire team members.
- Excellence interpersonal skill and communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Must have at least 5 years working experience in marketing or business development.
