Department Secretary

We are hiring a Department Secretary to provide site support to the HR leaders and teams for day-to-day administrative and logistic matters whilst maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
Work Schedules
- Maintain the Leaders and Director agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Supports travel arrangements that may be outside CWT.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
- Manages visitor agenda and logistics for HR teams.
- Supports large events, when necessary.
Office administration
- Works with the other department secretaries to manage facilities for office.
- Handle all procurement matters for the department/ company.
- Manage the office layout and workspace arrangements.
Others
- Assist in document compilation where required.
- Manage Management Team's scheduling e.g. meetings, away-days, conferences, as a lead, working together with other department's Secretary.
Requirements:
Experience
- Experience in Team Administration / Office Management / Secretarial Background.
- At least 3 years of experience in Team Administration.
- Experience in managing Team Engagement Programs.
- A degree holder.
Knowledge
- MS Office applications
- Basic computer knowledge to troubleshot simple issues before escalation
- Office administration
