Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Meticulous, problem-solving skills, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks systematically. Able to travel if required. Job Description Handling all related documentation related to foreign workers. To process Payroll, calculate and process employee wages, salaries, utilities bill and deductions. Verify and input time records and other compensation elements. To prepare documentations on foreign worker matters such as Immigration, JTK, Fomema and KLN documents. To assist in all immigration and embassy matters such as passport, permit renewals and check-out memos as well as work permit cancellations due to resignations or abscondment. To assist on foreign workers permit renewal, Fomema medical check-up, Insurance & etc. To bring foreign workers to the hospital, clinic or bank, whenever required. To perform other related duties assigned by superior from time to time.
