Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to engage more prospects about HRDC Claimable training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls, Pitching (F2F/Concall with Prospects), Appointments, and closing deals.
  • B2B Sales (Our clients are 100% Corporates/Businesses).
  • Build strong relationships with clients for possible recurring sales in the following year.
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field to optimize effectiveness.
Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Required skills: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF (We use Notion as our CRM).
  • Able to Speak/Write in good English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Any other dialects would be an advantage).
  • Candidates fluent in Bahasa Malaysia preferred as the role requires dealing with BM-speaking clients.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
