RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer operation management with special focus on Turnover, Customer Satisfaction, After Sales Market Management and Reporting.
Develop and execute national After Sales targets and plans in accordance with the company’s overall objectives and strategies.
Provide leadership required in synergizing and managing the entire operation of the assigned dealership to achieve the company’s goals and defined KPIs. Responsible and accountable for developing and implementing regional after sales strategy consistent with the company’s national strategy. Steer the overall operation of the assigned regional market to fulfill its entire target.
These include:
- After Sales Turnover.
- After Sales Planning and Management.
- Support to improve Customer Experience Management (CEM).
- Dealer Qualification Management.
- Dealer Service Management.
- Continuous Improvement of Operational Support Systems/ IT.
- Support on Implementation of Aftersales Marketing Activities and Programs.
- Management of Dealer Parts Activities.
- Develop & Support new business to increase revenue.
- Other Duties as Directed by the HOD, Director of After Sales & VPCM MD’s.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Masters in Business/Management/Finance.
- Minimum 5 years Regional Management and Parts Business.
- Performance Oriented, Taking Responsibility, Self-Initiative, Problem Solver, Innovative, Positive Attitude a must.
- Communication and Negotiation skills, Analytical, Teamwork, Customer Orientation, Planning and Organizing, Dynamic.
