Your primary responsibilities will include communicating, proposing, closing sales, planning, coordinating, and executing events, as well as developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales for convenient store clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Organize and manage ice cream pop-up events, product launches, and promotional activities to attract customers and generate sales leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, breakdown, and inventory management.
  • Interact with customers at events to promote products, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and channels for distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, potential clients, vendors, and partners to secure event bookings and sales partnerships.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, event participation, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Manage the layout and display of products in the ice cream shop to maximize customer engagement and sales.
  • Ensure that all merchandise is attractively presented and stocked appropriately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve customer experience and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative sales strategies and event concepts.
