Inside Sales Supervisor

Team Leadership and Management:Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any challenges.Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Sales Performance:Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.Ensure adherence to sales processes and optimize them for efficiency.Develop and execute plans to increase revenue and market share.Customer Relationship Management:Ensure the team provides excellent customer service and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.Address complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify growth opportunities.Training and Development:Provide continuous training and development for the sales team.Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.Identify skills gaps and provide resources for professional development.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on sales performance, team activities, and market trends.Use data analysis to make informed decisions and enhance sales strategies.Report to senior management on sales performance, challenges, and other relevant issues.Administrative Duties:Ensure all sales activities comply with McLink Asia Pte. Ltd. policies and procedures.Manage sales documentation and maintain accurate records.Oversee the use of sales tools and software to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in RM software and MS Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Can speak MandarinPersonal Attributes:Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.Strong organizational and time management skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.
