Job Responsibility

LOGISTIC

  • To coordinate with HQ, sales personnel, logistic specialists, and transporters on product delivery.
  • To coordinate & follow up with customers on delivery schedules.
  • To arrange transport for internal transfer (between HQ and showroom).
  • To print Delivery Order (DO) and prepare documents (Import/Export) for delivery.
  • To arrange & manage driver/general worker daily working duties.
  • To monitor and support driver/general worker with daily delivery issues.

HR AND ADMINISTRATION

  • To prepare & update staff punch cards monthly.
  • To prepare all documents and deliver them to HQ admin department within the time frame.
  • To monitor staff/driver expenses claims and deliver claims to HQ.
  • To monitor all outlet and store utilities, submitting bills and invoices to HQ within 5 days once received.
  • To coordinate all outlet and store maintenance issues.
  • To prepare salary reports and commission forms to HQ every 1st of the month.
  • To summarize all payments, sales summaries, and delivery reports daily.
  • To ensure all outlet and store legal documents (i.e., Business license, Lift Certificate of Fitness (CF), Fire license) are renewed.

STORE OPERATION

  • To open the store at 10:00 am and close at 7:00 pm (standby to close store when delivery is late).
  • To verify stock received and prepare for delivery.
  • To monitor stock movement activities.
  • To take charge in stock audits.
  • To prepare stock cards.
  • To prepare stock reports and submit them to HQ every 1st of the month.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • To handle customer call-ins, service, and product inquiries.
  • To handle customer complaints and after-sale service follow-ups.
  • To coordinate with HQ, sales personnel, and logistic specialists on service cases.
  • To prepare monthly service reports.
  • To prepare customer databases.
Job Requirements

The incumbent is responsible for goods delivery, administration tasks, store operations, and managing customer inquiries and complaints.
