About the Role

As a Strategic Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between the clients' needs and the product offerings. This role requires a versatile individual who is adept at both marketing communication and product management. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, managing projects, coordinating with different teams, and overseeing the packaging and commercialization of products.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Communication: Develop and deliver compelling marketing messages across various channels. Create persuasive content for product packaging, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Product Packaging and Commercialization: Collaborate with design and production teams to develop innovative packaging solutions that align with product positioning and market trends. Oversee the commercialization process of products, ensuring they meet client specifications and market demands. Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust packaging and commercialization strategies as needed.
  • Project Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable project plans. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. Coordinate with various departments to ensure projects are aligned with product goals and client expectations.
  • Product Management: Work closely with the product team to gain a deep understanding of the product features and benefits. Evaluate products from a commercial perspective, ensuring they meet market needs and client requirements. Provide input on product development and improvement based on client feedback and market analysis.
Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on product packaging and commercialization.
  • Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of product management principles and practices, particularly in the context of software products.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for crafting compelling marketing messages and conveying ideas clearly to clients and teams.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on organization, time management, and detail, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
  • Product and Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of product management, including packaging, market trends, and customer needs for informed product positioning.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to guide marketing strategies and product decisions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering relationships and ensuring departmental alignment.
