DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Professionally Interact with customers via voice (end to end handling of calls) as part of inbound and outbound function to provide information and assistance
  • Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets
  • Crossselling of all products and services including all upgrades for product & packages
  • Spingating attempt for customers who request to downgrade their packs
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Undertake any other duties asandwhen assigned by the Management
  • You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Qualification
  • Diploma with 1year experience or SPM/O-Level with at least 2 years working experience in customer service.
  • Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Able to work on public holidays, weekends (ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS; 9 AM 9 PM)
  • Required to have own transportation arrangement
  • Able to start immediately


Basic RM2,000
  • RM2,500 + RM200 allowance
