Inbound Call Customer Care Executive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professionally Interact with customers via voice (end to end handling of calls) as part of inbound and outbound function to provide information and assistance
- Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets
- Crossselling of all products and services including all upgrades for product & packages
- Spingating attempt for customers who request to downgrade their packs
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Undertake any other duties asandwhen assigned by the Management
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Qualification
- Diploma with 1year experience or SPM/O-Level with at least 2 years working experience in customer service.
- Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
- Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia

- Good attitude, enthusiastic, detailoriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goalfocused
Customer service skills
- Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills
- Stress tolerance and able to work under pressure
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends (ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS; 9 AM 9 PM)
- Required to have own transportation arrangement
- Able to start immediately
Basic RM2,000
- RM2,500 + RM200 allowance
