Job Details:

  • Assist & Resolve Customer issue, complaints in Call, 80% Inbound Calls, 20 Outbound calls
  • Handling Malaysian/ Singaporean / Australian Market
  • Working in Fintech Industry, mainly related with financial system issue.

Location:
Kuala Lumpur, Near public transport ( LRT, MRT, BUS), 10 mins walking distance only.


Working Days: 6 working days, rotational.

Working Hours: 3 shift 6.15AM - 10PM ( 8 working hours, 1 hour break)

Basic Salary:
RM Allowances


Total gross salary up to RM400

Requirement:

  • SPM, SKM, DIPLOMA, DEGREE, MASTER
  • Able to communicate well, in professional in English & Malay as main language
  • Converse 3rd language can added as Merit
-
atleast 1 year solid experience in Customer service(Call / Physical).

Call center, receptionist, face to face customer service, waiter etc
:

  • Experience in Financial Payment system, Ecommerce can added to advantage
  • Experience in foreign market Singaporean, Australian, UK or any other outside Malaysian market can added to advantage.
