Job Overview:

  • Carrying out daily office administrative tasks, managing accounting data, and organizing documents such as sales invoices, delivery orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, purchase invoices, good received notes, and payment vouchers.

Location:
Mid Valley Southkey, Johor

  • Responsibilities:
  • Serving as a receptionist and handling day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Updating debtor and creditor payments.
  • Recording daily sales figures.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
  • Managing petty cash for office expenses.
  • Issuing company expense reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant role.
  • Capable of working independently in an office setting.

Preference:
Open to working in a new office environment.

Salary:
Up to RM3,500.00 per month
