Role Description:

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese or Korean, required to have N3 certification and above or related writing and reading certification.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priori ze responsibilities
  • Quick learner and team player
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency is a plus but not required
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
