Company Overview:

The Administrative Assistant, is a remote, contract role that requires fluency in both English and Mandarin.

This person must be able to adjust their working hours according to both US and China time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial system and provide comprehensive expense and financial analysis for both the US office and in person campus operations
  • Collaborate with the team to do mailing, shipping, and logistics
  • Addressing inquiries from our customers promptly, providing them with information about logistics for learning materials, and resolving any issues they may encounter
  • Maintain strong relationships with other departments by providing excellent administrative service and support, responding swiftly and professionally to any queries or concerns they may have
  • Keeping track of inventory, ordering supplies and procurement
  • Continuous communication and relationship with new and ongoing vendors
  • Assist the IT department with equipment management and maintenance tasks, including shipping, retrieval, inventorying stock, and registering employee usage
  • Assists with various academic administration projects and performs additional duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's degree in related majors
  • 02 years industry experience in administration, office management, school & academic management, customer service is highly preferred
  • Highly customer oriented, organized and highlevel attention to details; abilities to deal with multiple deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • Supreme project management ability demonstrated by experiences with endtoend process or project ownership
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with both inside and outside stakeholders and customers; good with interpersonal relationship building
  • You LOVE working in teams. You have experience leading and working on crossfunctional teams, including evidence of: Comfort with complexity and ambiguity; Curiosity and openmindedness; Informal leadership/persuasion; Perseverance
  • It's NOT required to work purely during U.S. business hours, but better to be flexible to accommodate hour shifts
