JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain personal files for foreign workers.
  • Compile and prepare attendance reports.
  • Issue HRrelated correspondence such as medical checkup letters for new hires, confirmation letters, and etc
  • Notify relevant parties of new joiners and assist in updating the HRMS system.
  • Provide administrative support for maintaining employee and general files.
  • Update the foreign workers' database in HRMS in all changes or movements of employee data.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Full-time, Permanent

RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
