Working Days:
5 working days & 9 hours included break (24-hours Rotational shift)
Salary:
Basic RM2,400 + RM300 (KPI Allowances) + RM200 (Attendance Allowance) + RM15 (Night Shift Allowances)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM and above.
- Able to work rotational shift.
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Contact Centers
:
- Having excellent spoken and written skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Being able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional matter to customers.
- Respond to all customers' requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Document call center processes and FAQs, and work on continuous process improvement.
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company.
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives.
- To be able to restore issues by providing service recovery to the customers.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
