ADVERTISEMENT FOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING PARTNER
As Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner of the Firm you will be required to handle the following personal matters:

  • Manage filing system of the Managing Partner's personal documents;
  • Preparation of cheques, recording, tracking of utilities, insurance, bills and bank matters;
  • You are required to follow-up on tasks given;
  • Make travel arrangements-booking and reservations (hotel, airline and restaurants);
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls;
  • Arrange for Firm's events;
  • Assist in the Firm's general administrative duties, obtaining quotations and arrange for office supplies;
  • Monitor and payment of office bills;
  • Assists with ad-hoc tasks as and when necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience;
  • Diploma in related discipline or SPM/STPM with PSC or equivalent will be an advantage;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Able to multi-task;
  • Good communication skills both oral and written;
  • Self-motivating, able to work independently and willing to accept new challenges;
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Discreet, trustworthy and responsible;
  • Pleasant personality.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
