We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Plan and implement a social media content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and company objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and other interactions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Strategy and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and activities.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather content and insights for social media posts.
  • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our social media presence.

Advertising:

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing social media platforms for a brand or company.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
