**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Photobooth Guest Service Associate. As a Photobooth Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our photobooth services at events, creating a fun and memorable experience for our clients and their guests. This role involves setting up and managing the photobooth equipment, assisting guests with the photo-taking process, and maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:
**Setup and Maintenance**:Set up photobooth equipment at event venues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

**Customer Interaction**:Interact with event attendees in a friendly and engaging manner, explaining the photobooth process and encouraging participation. Assist guests with selecting props and poses for their photos.

**Operational Oversight**:Monitor the photobooth operation throughout the event, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. Handle any technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize disruption.

**Quality Control**:Ensure that each photo session produces high-quality, well-lit images.
Monitor and replace printing supplies (paper and ink) as needed to maintain photo quality.

**Guest Assistance**:Provide assistance to guests with any questions or concerns related to the photobooth experience. Encourage guests to share their photos on social media platforms.

**Event Coordination**:Collaborate with event organizers and venue staff to coordinate photobooth logistics. Adhere to event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth transitions between photo sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in operating photobooths or similar event services is preferred but not required.
- Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse range of event attendees.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and outgoing personality to enhance the overall guest experience.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Stand for extended periods during events.

**Schedule**:

- This position may require evening and weekend availability, depending on the event schedule.
