2) 向新來的客人銷售、登記和分配房間,並確保訂單中的詳細信息
登記卡已正確填寫。
3)確保退房時歸還所有房卡。
4) 通知其他相關部門團體抵達、換房、退房等情況
其他特別安排。
5) 報到時檢查所有每日抵達的預訂並記下任何 VIP
或其他重要的客人。
6) 管理接待處的運作、活動和內部管理。
7) 準確、及時地傳達客人要求傳達的所有訊息。
8) 處理所有客人的郵件、包裹、訊息等。
9) 在處理房間鑰匙、訊息或任何包裹之前確定客人的身份
10) 了解飯店的設施、活動或所有分店的餐飲促銷資訊。
11) 提供有關酒店和任何其他名勝古蹟、特別景點的信息
客人。
12) 核對客人時,確認付款方式。
13) 保留所有飯店住客的帳單。
14) 為客人兌換外幣或旅行支票
15) 檢查所有出發房間的帳單和交易
16) 提高設施,長期住宿和回程客人表格並獲得值班經理
或營運經理批准。
17) 將交接浮款和出納轉帳金額記入各自的日誌中
18) 在結帳期間準備和編制必要的出納細節和總結報告
19) 您的上級指派的任何其他任務/任務
