  • Strengthens the importance of training and development
  • Eliminates employee uncertainty
Develop & execute strategic HRM plans in accordance to market needs, competitor & industrial trends.

  • Effective Communication across all Business & Functional Groups in the Company
  • HRMS Management
  • Organize HR Activities
Human Resource Management - Support Business Stability & Sustainability

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Business Management/or any other related field
  • 47 Years of working experience in human resource management/HRBP with good exposure in handling either retail/ecommerce HR management
  • Excellent communication in English both written and spoken due to business needs
  • Experienced in handling all rounded HR management and this is included Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, HR planning and strategist, etc.,

Salary:
RM7, RM9,000.00 per month
