**Position: Human Resource Executive / Assistant Manager**

**Tenure: Permanent**

**Working hour: Monday - Friday / 930AM - 6PM / 10AM-7PM**

**Salary offered: Open for negotiation**

**Responsibilities**:
Objectives for Human Resource Department:

- Create a ‘Music Bliss Identity’ workplace culture
- Emphasize the rules, expectations, and standards for the workplace
- Help everyone understand workplace diversity
- Facilitate & emphasize the importance of communication amongst employees
- Strengthens the importance of training and development
- Eliminates employee uncertainty

Develop & execute strategic HRM plans in accordance to market needs, competitor & industrial trends.
- Strategic Workforce & Planning
- Staff Performance Management
- Effective Communication across all Business & Functional Groups in the Company
- HRMS Management
- Organize HR Activities

Human Resource Management - Support Business Stability & Sustainability
- Compensation & Benefits
- Industrial Relations/ Compliance with Laws & Regulations
- Workforce Training & Development/ Leadership Development.
- Workforce Adaptation to Change
- Develop HR policies & procedures.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Business Management/or any other related field
- 4-7 Years of working experience in human resource management/HRBP with good exposure in handling either retail/e-commerce HR management
- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken due to business needs
- Experienced in handling all rounded HR management and this is included Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, HR planning and strategist, etc.,

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
