  • Conducting assessments of new technologies that could improve business operations or customer satisfaction.
  • Assist and provide reports for measuring performance against targets to determine whether goals are being met for all commercial and operational departments.
  • Monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for growth or potential risks to the company's business model.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving the organization's BI strategy and processes to meet changing business needs.
  • Troubleshooting BI systems and processes as required.

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics with Computing, Actuarial Science or equivalent.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in data analyst/ business intelligence role in Information Technology related field.
  • Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
  • Deep understanding of the data analysis and reporting.
  • Technical knowledge on Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau will be an advantage.
  • A data driven mindset supported by focus on consistent product improvement.
  • Great organisational skills and an ability to proactively manage time effectively when handling multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Attention for detail with an ability to critique in a constructive and precise way.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical skills, allowing for data driven decision making.
  • Thorough understanding of the company business processes and the industry at large.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only.
  • Able to speak, read and write in
    Mandarin and
    English (As require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients due to work nature)
