Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress
  • Help conduct orientation sessions for new hires and assist in their smooth onboarding
Employee Engagement and Relations

  • Support initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization
  • Assist in organizing employee events, celebrations, and team building activities
  • Address employee queries and concerns, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Disciplinary Actions and Termination

  • Assist in conducting disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to the company's policies and labor laws
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all industrial relations activities and cases
  • Prepare reports on employee relations metrics and trends for management review
HR Administration

  • Handle day to day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing documentation related to employee life cycle changes
  • Prepare HR related reports, presentations, and data analysis for management
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in the dissemination and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring alignment with individual development plans and organizational needs.
  • Monitor training attendance and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with full cycle learning and development
  • Familiarity with HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Job Types:

Salary:
RM3, RM4,800.00 per month
