Channel Partner Manager for B2B SaaS Platform

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with strategic channel partners to drive the growth and success of our B2B SaaS platform.

This is a critical role that requires a combination of strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.


Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. Identify and prioritize potential channel partners based on their alignment with our target market and business objectives.

Partner Recruitment and Onboarding:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners to expand our distribution network.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop partner training programs and ensure partners are equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively sell our B2B SaaS platform.


Relationship Management:
Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives, co-selling programs, and co-branded materials. Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure their success and maximize revenue generation.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction. Develop reports and dashboards to track partner performance and share insights with internal stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with partners to optimize their sales and marketing efforts.

Market and Competitive Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct regular market research to identify new channel opportunities and potential areas of growth.

Provide input to the product and marketing teams to ensure our B2B SaaS platform remains competitive and meets the evolving needs of our target market.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Channel Partner Manager or similar role in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking and optimize channel partner performance.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, partner management tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
