  • To ensure strict adherence to all compliance and regulatory guidelines at all times.
  • Foster awareness and promote a high level of adherence to the code of conduct and established rules and guidelines.

ROLES:

  • Actively participate in all audit assessments, including monitoring compliance performance.
  • Generate monthly tracking reports on compliance and audit assessments.
  • Conduct basic training sessions as when required.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively within tight timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • Prior experience in a Collection Agency or Call Center is advantageous.
  • Quick learner able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
