Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in incorporating a company, advise clients on banking, allotment of shares, shareholding structure and law compliance matters.
  • To assist the Company Secretary in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings and statutory documents
  • To assist in preparing statutory forms, annual return and all other forms in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS and other SSM portals.
  • To maintain and update secretarial records and registers
  • Able to liaise with SSM officer, banker and lawyer whenever necessary
  • Handle correspondences related to secretarial matters
  • To undertake other administrative work as and when necessary

Requirements:

  • Able to handle duties with minimum supervision
  • Familiar with Companies Act in Malaysia is an advantage
  • Required skills: Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
