We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in (Thailand/Malaysia/Philippines).

In this sales manager role, you will be responsible for growing our Malaysia business across the entire spectrum of payment solutions, exceeding targets and establishing Worldline as the go-to payment partner.

You will spearhead new business acquisitions, expand our client base, and drive significant revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly growing market with a leading global player.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and strategic partners in client organizations, creating business opportunities to accelerate market penetration and growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Thailand/Malaysia/Philippines, aligned with Worldline's regional and global objectives.
  • Demonstrates product and market knowledge, in negotiating, structuring, and closing deals that meet clients' expectations and Worldline's ability to deliver.
  • Drive effective sales enablement for your team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast with the latest in the payments and banking landscape in Thailand/Malaysia/Philippines, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers.
  • Represent Worldline at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and thought leadership.

In practice this means:

  • Min 810 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the payments industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading highperforming teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian payments and banking landscape.
  • Familiarity of various payment solutions and their value proposition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Fluency in the local language and English.
