  • Explaining the menu and specials to customers and answering any questions they may have about them
  • Providing outstanding customer service to each guest by answering questions about the menu, making recommendations, and suggesting food and beverage pairings based on individual preferences and tastes
  • Taking orders and serving alcoholic beverages to guests who are of able to drink in accordance with state liquor laws
  • Greeting guests when they arrive and confirming that they have been seated or directed to the proper location for their event
  • Preparing wine bottles for service by removing labels, polishing necks, and decanting bottles to allow sediment to settle

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • For Senior Waiter level, at least 12 years of experience required
  • Proven experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant will have added advantage
  • Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
  • Able to work holidays and weekends
  • Excellent memory and multitasking ability
