Take the first step to an amazing career in Human Resources by joining Yee Lee as a HR Intern
This internship aims to provide students with an opportunity to work with Yee Lee HR team and gain understanding of multiple industries across different entities within the Group.
Duration:
Preferably 4 months and above
Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding procedures for new hires, including documentation and orientation programs.
- Aid in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and handling inquiries.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, helping to organize events or activities.
- Collaborate on HR projects, conducting research or data analysis as required.
- Participate in learning and development initiatives, assisting in training logistics and materials preparation.
- Handle any required adhoc tasks given by superiors.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and eager to learn about various HR functions.
- Added advantage to someone that can communicate and write in Mandarin
Job Type:
Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay:
RM RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
