To perform front desk duty, attend to all incoming calls & divert messages promptly.

  • Ensure all guests & visitors are welcomed and ushered to the appropriate person/place.
  • To perform clerical tasks and administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, record keeping and sorting out mails.
  • Maintaining professionalism in all communications is essential with visitors and colleagues.
  • Manage the whole office and common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Coordinate the receive, storage and issuance of stationery and office supplies and pantry supplies, incl. inventories, reordering and related maintenance and services of office equipment, e.g., copiers/printers, coffee machine or water cooler machine as needed.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
