2. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.

  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Prepare welcoming package for new joiner (stationery, etc)
  • Source new suppliers/ vendors to enquire and request quotation for comparison for administration matter.
  • Supply and control stationery for office equipment and office supplies.
  • Maintain stocks record, prepare Monthly Expenditure Report and purchase of stationary, pantry items, printing, electric, telephone, toner request, etc.
  • Administration of maintenance and service for office equipment (air-conditions, photocopies, telephone system, etc).
  • Administration of company vehicle including renewal insurance, road taxes, inspections, company vehicle services and repairs, petrol and diesel.
  • Assists Human Resource team in organizing and planning of company's event (i.e Annual Dinner, Season Festivals, etc).
  • Up keep and office maintenance - Plan, Pest control and office cleanliness.
  • Housekeeping of the admin storage area (filling of documents and upkeep of stock).
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Maintain the general filling system, documentation and correspondences.
  • Undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant personality
  • Wellgroomed and well dressed
  • Good communication skills
  • Helpful and courteous
  • Able to ensure the confidentiality of related works
  • Lives in Puchong with easy access to work
  • Good organizational skills, listening skills, highly motivated, flexible and result oriented.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
