Responsibilities:

  • Overall, in charge of staff attendance records. Briefing staff, and staff welfarerelated matters.
  • Handle payroll processing and related analysis report.
  • Handle the recruitment process including the advertisement, arrange interviews & etc. This includes foreign workers' recruitment & renewal processes.
  • All HRrelated tasks for all types of manpower
  • Permanent, Contract, and Foreign workers such as Payroll, handbook, terms & conditions of employment, policy, recruitment, insurance, nondisclosure agreement, induction training, training & up til resignation.
  • Payroll for all manpower complete with journals is to be completed per company schedule.
  • Payroll reports & reconciliation per company schedule.
  • Prepare the Servicing report (SR) per company schedule.
  • Prepare yearend EA and Borang E & reconcile to Trial Balance.
  • HRDF Process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • PC literacy (MS Office, in particular).
  • Familiarity with an HRIS or HRMS.
  • Handson experience with ATS software and resume databases.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
