  • Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.
  • Monitor attendance for office, ensuring timely submission, accuracy, and filing
  • Monitor preparation for EPF, SOCSO and other statutory contributions.
  • Oversee coordination of annual appraisal and salary review
  • To abide and comply with company's SOP and any other instruction that may be issued from time to time pertinent to duties and responsibilities
  • Evaluate the need for employee training and development.
  • Develop and oversee a recruitment process.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
  • Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving human resource systems, policies, and procedures.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
